ICON SHEDS sheds are classified as non-habitable detached accessory buildings. They are installed without plumbing, kitchen, bathroom, or heating systems, and as such are not designed or sold for human habitation. However, the California UBC section 106.2.1 allows for human "uses" in accessory buildings such as a workshop, playhouse, hobby room, etc. It is also understood that such sheds may be wired with electricity that is done to code with a permit.
